Our Story
At Kaia Pilates, we are passionate about Pilates and its benefits. We believe that everyone can benefit from Pilates, no matter your age or fitness level. Our studio was founded on the belief that Pilates can transform your life, and we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals.
We serve a diverse clientele of beginners and advanced Reformer Pilates movers, functional strength, mobility, athletes, injury recovery, as well as moms rebuilding after baby.
We know exactly where to start with everyone, providing knowledge, confidence, breath, flow, and community to our
studio members.

Reformer Gentle Flow
A nice Gentle Flow for ALL LEVELS and especially BEGINNERS.
We can slow down a bit or scale up if we feel like it. Learn how to use the reformer and listen to instructor cues. This is the perfect class to build some strength by revisiting some more basic Pilates moves to focus on alignment, breathing, core activation and building muscle to eventually join a more advanced flow.
