Welcome to Kaia Pilates Cairns!
I created this space to share my knowledge of Pilates and Reformer Pilates and how it can transform your body.
I found Pilates many years ago, it literally changed my life!
I used to be a Paediatric nurse in Germany but the love for diving has lead me around the world working as a Dive Instructor for many years. I love teaching and I love Pilates. To me this seemed like the perfect combination.
We currently use 4 Align Pilates reformers in the studio. Small Reformer classes ensure full attention to each and every client.
We teach exciting Reformer workouts that get you longing for more. Together we will have fun, get sweaty and strong.
Plenty of help will be provided to achieve the perfect technique. Reformer Pilates Classes Cairns at its best.
